Talia, Jamie's friend. She said, "Thanks. Sweet!" She gave it to her daughter who really liked it. Jamie told me to tell the story behind it. I told her how I give one painted flower away everyday. She asked, "One?" She liked that. Most people like that I give it everyday, but she liked that I just give one and that I chose to give it to her.

Woman who works with John Portman. The flower I gave her was kind of messed up, but she did not know that, of course. I felt a little bad about this. She told me about a friend that she has that gives random gifts. We ended up talking for about five minutes. Her building and my building were designed by John Portman, and I asked her about the third building that was supposed to be built where the outdoor parking lot is, but she knew nothing about it. She told me her name, but as we shook hands I spilled coffee on myself and did not hear what she said. Classic. She was very nice.

I think I told her that today was her lucky day and I gave her the flower. She said, "Thank you. That is awesome!" She liked the green background and said, "Thank you very much."

Rosie. She is a security guard in a neighboring building where the Museum of Design is. She took the flower and asked where I worked. I told her and she asked, "And you are giving me a flower?". She said, "Thank you" and introduced herself as Rosie. She asked if I was going to the park tomorrow to see the Dogwood Festival. I told her probably not and that it might rain anyway. She said she had an umbrella. She thanked me again as I was leaving. She was very nice.

I noticed that, because she was a stranger, I was trying to pull away from the conversation as she was speaking to me. I need to change this.

Woman I spoke with on elevator. She asked me what I thought about elevator etiquette. I told her people behaved as if they were air molecules in a jar and tried to remain equidistant. When we got off the elevator, I caught back up to her and gave her the flower. She asked if I was in design. I am not. She said, "You are so sweet" after I explained that I give one away a day. She got the first of the flowers with the green back ground.

Smoking Woman outside the Marriott. She looked a little to the left and then to the right. Then she smiled real big. She said nothing and that was nice. She got the last Dark Flower.

Caribou worker lady. She said she did not get the flower thing, but she seemed to warm up to it. She said she was going to take it home and put it in her kitchen. She was happy that her background was painted while her co-workers had received flowers with white backgrounds.

Preacher Man at Inman Perk. He said, "'Preciate it." He is one of Jamie's friends and Jamie asked me to give it to him. It was a little stressful to give a flower on demand. The man is really a chaplain in training but it is more fun to call him a 'Preacher Man'.
